🔥 My Story
I didn’t arrive here in a straight line. My life has been a spiral of initiation, contradiction, and rebellion.

I first experienced Spirit inside evangelical Christianity, unknowingly practicing shamanism through my spiritual gifts as a teen and young adult. I didn’t yet have the language for what I was doing, but the rituals, visions, and intuitive connection were already present. At the same time, I learned to hide my psychic gifts - the knowing, the sensing - because I saw they weren’t welcome in my family and some weren’t even welcome in the church.

Years later, I walked out of the church and into tantra, shamanism, and embodiment practices - learning that pleasure and play were not luxuries - or sin - they were medicine.

Motherhood cracked me open. Illness broke me down. Trauma resurfaced to demand I stop ignoring and start listening. And Spirit? Spirit refused to let me play small.

I’ve had my rebellions: leaving a secure government job to honor my body, owning the label of chronic illness without collapsing into it, standing face-to-face with death in a hospital room and choosing to return only if I promised to live differently.

And so I did. I left relationships, jobs, and identities that weren’t mine. I surrendered into the void over, and over, and over again, letting darkness and silence teach me what pleasure, devotion, and sovereignty really meant.

Each time I emerged, I carried new frequencies of my medicine name: Contradiction Queen. Because I saw the paradox as holy - and discovered new levels of embodying it.
